Yes. Registering interest is non-binding. You can withdraw at any time before signing documents. After signing, you're legally committed.

Can I change my mind after registering interest?

Deals appear on your Deals page. Filter by asset type, minimum investment, or status (open, closing soon, closed).

How do I browse deals?

Each investment shows a progress tracker: Interest Registered → SPV Link Activated --> Documents Signing → Payment Required → Finalization --> Secured

How do I track my deal status?

We review ~200 opportunities per quarter and list <10%. Deals are sourced from VC partners, founders, and our network with due diligence on every deal.

How does Wealt select deals?

You'll receive SPV confirmation, signed documents in your Vault, regular updates, news, and performance indicators and exit notifications when the deal exits.

What happens after I invest?

You'll receive deal documents via email. Review → sign via DocuSign → wire funds → receive confirmation.

What happens after I register interest in a deal?

Your investment will be cancelled and documents voided. Setup fees are only charged once funds are received, so you won't lose money.

What if I miss the deal closing date?

Each deal shows: company overview, cap table, historical price valuations, investment terms, deal timeline and the fact sheet where the critical due diligence is shared.

What information is included in a deal listing?

Minimum investment varies by deal — typically $10,000. Each deal listing clearly shows its minimum.

What is the minimum investment amount?

After signing documents, you'll receive wiring instructions. Funds must be received before the deal's closing date (typically 7–30 days after signing).

When do I transfer funds?

Investment currency is primarily USD, Wealt may expand this in future to GBP and EUR depending on the SPV's jurisdiction and banking setup.
