Can I change my mind after registering interest?

Yes. Registering interest is non-binding. You can withdraw at any time before signing documents. After signing, you're legally committed.

The investment process has a clear point of commitment:

  • Before signing (non-binding)

    • Registering interest is just that β€” an expression of interest

    • You can withdraw at any time with no penalty

    • You won't be charged any fees

    • Simply let us know or don't proceed with document signing

  • After signing (binding)

    • Signing the subscription agreement is a legal commitment

    • You are obligated to wire your funds by the closing date

    • Failure to fund after signing may have legal consequences (outlined in the subscription agreement)

    • If you have exceptional circumstances, contact support immediately

Why this matters?

Deals have limited allocation and closing deadlines. When you sign, Wealt reserves your allocation in the SPV. Withdrawing after signing affects other investors and the deal's ability to close.

Our advice

Don't sign until you're confident in your decision. Take the time to review all documents, consult advisors if needed, and ensure the investment fits your portfolio strategy.
