Once you've signed your subscription agreement, you need to wire your investment funds to the SPV's bank account.
Receive wiring instructions: After signing, you'll receive an email with the bank name, account number / IBAN, Swift/BIC code, and reference number
Initiate the transfer: Contact your bank or use online banking to set up a wire transfer
Include the reference: Always include the reference number. This ensures your payment is matched to your investment
Confirmation: You'll receive email confirmation once your funds are received and processed
Timeline
Domestic wire transfers: 1–2 business days
International wire transfers: 2–5 business days
You must complete the transfer before the deal's closing date
Reminders: Wealt sends you reminders as the closing date approaches. If you need more time, contact support. Extensions may be possible depending on the deal.
