How does Wealt select deals?

We review ~200 opportunities per quarter and list <10%. Deals are sourced from VC partners, founders, and our network with due diligence on every deal.

Wealt's deal selection process is designed to surface high-quality opportunities while maintaining full transparency about the risks involved. Our sourcing process:

  • Deal flow: We receive ~200+ opportunities per quarter from our network of VC partners, founders, accelerators, and co-investors.

  • Initial screening: Our team evaluates each opportunity against criteria including market size, team quality, traction, and terms.

  • Due diligence: Shortlisted deals undergo a thorough review, including financial analysis, legal review, reference checks, and competitive assessment.

  • Listing decision: Less than 10% of reviewed opportunities make it to the marketplace

What we evaluate:

  • Company fundamentals (revenue, growth rate, unit economics)

  • Market opportunity (TAM, competition, timing)

  • Team quality (track record, domain expertise)

  • Deal terms (valuation, fees, investor rights)

  • Risk factors (market risk, execution risk, regulatory risk)

Important disclaimer: Listing a deal on Wealt is not a recommendation to invest. Every deal carries risk, including the risk of total loss. We provide information and access - the investment decision is yours.
