Each deal shows: company overview, cap table, historical price valuations, investment terms, deal timeline and the fact sheet where the critical due diligence is shared.

Every deal listing on Wealt follows a consistent format so you can evaluate opportunities efficiently:

Deal overview

  • Company name, logo, and one-line description• Industry sector and geographic focus

  • Deal status (Open, Closing Soon, Closed)

  • Cap table

  • Historical funding rounds

  • Company valuation (pre-money or post-money)

  • Round type (Seed, Series A, Growth, etc.)

Investment terms

  • Deal timeline: Opening date, Closing date (deadline for funding)

  • Minimum investment amount

  • Setup fee percentage

  • Carry percentage

  • Any management fees (if applicable)
