What happens after I register interest in a deal?

You'll receive deal documents via email. Review → sign via DocuSign → wire funds → receive confirmation.

Registering interest is the first step in the investment process. Here's the complete flow:

  1. Register interest (non-binding): Click "Register Interest" on the deal page. This doesn't commit you to anything. It tells us you'd like to learn more and potentially invest.

  2. Receive SPV Link: Within 1–3 business days, you'll receive a link through the platform and email.

    1. This link will include your SPV operating agreement (terms of the SPV)

    2. Subscription agreement (your investment contract)

  3. Review and sign: Review all documents carefully. Sign the subscription agreement digitally on the fund manager platform when you're ready. After signing, you're legally committed to wire funds.

  4. Wire funds: You'll receive wiring instructions with the SPV's bank details. Wire your investment amount (plus setup fee) by the deal's closing date.

  5. Confirmation: Once your funds are received and processed, you'll receive a confirmation email

  6. Finalization: Deal closing process, you will be notified when the investment process is finalized.

  7. Investment Secured: The investment appears in your Investments section

    1. Documents are stored in your Vault

Can I withdraw my interest? Yes — at any time before signing the subscription agreement. After signing, you're legally committed.
