Do I need to be a professional investor or have a financial background?

Deal-by-deal. You choose which specific deals to invest in - there's no fund commitment, no capital calls, and no obligation to invest in any deal you don't want.

Can I invest deal by deal, or do I have to commit to a fund?

Yes. You can invest in as many open deals as you like, simultaneously. Each deal is a separate SPV - there's no limit on how many you can participate in.

Can I invest in multiple deals at the same time?

Yes, applying is completely free. There is no commitment, no subscription fee, and no obligation to invest. You can browse deals and track assets without paying anything.
