Will I have a dedicated point of contact during onboarding?

During onboarding, our support team is available via chat. For investors investigating Wealt and private investments and making commitments, we offer personalized onboarding with a dedicated team member.

Wealt provides multiple levels of onboarding support depending on your needs:

Standard onboarding (all investors)

  • Self-serve setup: Account creation, KYC, and portfolio setup are guided with clear step-by-step instructions

  • Help Centre: 70+ articles covering every aspect of the platform

  • Chat support: Tap the chat bubble on any page. Our team responds within 2 hours during business hours (9 am – 6 pm UK time)

  • Email support: Reach us at [email protected] for detailed questions

Personalized onboarding

For investors who prefer a guided experience or are making significant commitments:

  • Book a Call: Schedule a video call with a team member for a walkthrough of the platform, available deals, and your specific investment goals

Entity investors: If you're investing through a company or trust, our team will guide you through the additional documentation requirements

After onboarding

Once you're set up, our support team remains available for any questions about deals, your portfolio, or your account. For investors with significant portfolios, we may assign a dedicated account manager (coming in a future update).
