Who is Wealt designed for?

Wealt is designed for accredited or sophisticated investors who want to diversify beyond public stocks into private markets — startups, real estate, and alternative assets.

Wealt is built for investors who want exposure to private markets but don't have the connections, deal flow, or minimum cheque sizes that traditional venture capital and private equity require. Typical Wealt investors include:

  • High-net-worth individuals looking to diversify beyond public stocks and bonds

  • Business owners and entrepreneurs who understand private companies and want to invest in them

  • Tech professionals with industry insight who want to back companies they believe in

  • Experienced investors expanding into alternative assets

  • Family offices seeking co-investment opportunities alongside top-tier VCs.

What you need?

  • Accreditation: You must meet accredited investor (US) or sophisticated investor (UK) requirements. This is a legal requirement, not a Wealt policy.

  • Long-term mindset: Private investments are illiquid; you should be comfortable locking up capital for 3–10 years.

  • Risk tolerance: Private investments can lose value. You should only invest what you can afford to lose entirely.

You don't need a finance degree or institutional background. Wealt provides the research, deal materials, and portfolio tools — you make the investment decisions.
