Yes. When you receive distributions from an exited deal, the funds are wired to your bank account. You can then invest those funds into any new deal on the platform.

Can I reinvest returns into new opportunities?

When a deal exits, the SPV receives proceeds, deducts carry, and distributes to investors via wire transfer. Timing: typically 30–90 days after exit.

How are distributions paid?

SPV investments: quarterly mark-to-market based on latest funding round. Manual assets: you provide and update the value.

How are valuations calculated?

Quarterly. We update valuations based on the latest funding round, 409A valuation, or comparable transaction data.

How often are SPV investment values updated?

Your SPV shares convert to publicly traded shares. You'll receive instructions on claiming shares. This process can take 3–6 months post-IPO due to lock-up periods.

What happens if a portfolio company goes public (IPO)?

All signed documents: SPV agreements, subscription agreements, K-1 tax forms, quarterly reports, and investment memos. Encrypted and secure.
