Yes, you can reinvest your returns into new deals on Wealt. However, the process is manual, not automatic.
How does it work?
Deal exits: When a portfolio company has a liquidity event (IPO, acquisition), proceeds are distributed to you via wire transfer
Funds arrive in your bank: Distribution proceeds go to the bank account on your profile
Browse new deals: Find new opportunities in the marketplace
Invest again: Go through the standard investment process (register interest β sign β wire)
Is there automatic reinvestment?
Not currently. Each investment is a separate decision with its own subscription agreement.
We don't automatically reinvest your returns because:
Each deal has different terms, risks, and minimums
You should actively choose which deals match your investment strategy
Regulatory requirements mean each investment needs its own signed agreement
Building a compounding portfolio
Many experienced investors use the returns from early successful exits to fund new investments, creating a compounding effect over time. As your portfolio matures, some deals will exit while others are still in their holding period β giving you a mix of capital at work and returns to redeploy.
