Chat with us (fastest)

  • Tap the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any dashboard page

  • Our help desk can answer common questions instantly

  • If you need a human, the chat connects you with our support team

  • Typical response time: <2 hours during business hours

Book a Call

  • Schedule a video call with a team member

  • Best for complex questions, investment guidance, or if you prefer talking to a person

  • Available via the booking link in your Profile β†’ Get Help section

Send an email to [email protected]

  • Best for document submissions, formal requests, or detailed questions

Typical response time: within 1 business day during business hours Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm UK time (GMT/BST). Outside these hours, use the help desk for self-service answers or leave a chat message.

For urgent security issues (e.g., suspected unauthorised access or compromised 2FA), include "URGENT" in your message to ensure priority handling.
