Can I invest as a company or trust?

Yes. Entity investors must provide formation documents, proof of authorization, and beneficial owner ID (KYC for all owners >25% stake).

Wealt supports investments from legal entities, including companies, trusts, and LLCs. The process requires additional documentation for entity investors:

  • Formation documents

  • Companies: Articles of Incorporation, Certificate of Formation

  • Trusts: Trust Deed / Trust Agreement

  • LLCs: Operating Agreement

  • Proof of authorisation: Board resolution or equivalent authorising the investment

  • Names and titles of authorised signers

Beneficial owner verification

  • KYC (identity verification) for all individuals who own >25% of the entity

  • Each beneficial owner submits: government ID + selfie

  • Accreditation: Entity must meet accredited investor criteria independently

Financial statements or an auditor letter may be required.

Processing time: Entity verifications typically take 3–7 business days due to the additional documentation review.
