How do I reset my passcode?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot passcode?" → enter your email (or use Social Login via Google or Apple) → check your inbox for a reset link → create a new password.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login screen

  2. Select "Forgot passcode?"

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account

  4. Check your email for a verification code

  5. Enter the code and set a new passcode

If you don't receive the email

  1. Check your spam/junk folder

  2. Make sure you're using the correct email address

  3. Wait a few minutes and try again

  4. Contact support if the issue persists

If you're already logged in and want to change your passcode: Go to Profile → Security → Change Passcode. You'll need your current passcode to set a new one.
