How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account → confirm. You cannot delete your account if you have active investments. Data anonymized within 30 days.

Account deletion is permanent. Before deleting, please consider the following:

Before you can delete

  • You must have no active investments (all SPV positions must be fully exited)

  • Download any documents you need from the Vault

  • Ensure you've received all tax documents (K-1s)

How to delete?

  1. Go to Profile → Security → Danger Zone

  2. Tap "Delete Account"

  3. Read the warning carefully

  4. Confirm by typing your full name

  5. Your account is scheduled for deletion

What happens after deletion?

  • Your personal data is anonymised within 30 days

  • Investment records may be retained for legal compliance (typically 7 years)

  • Your email address is released and can be used to create a new account

  • Deletion cannot be undone
